New Technology for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth

Abstract

Off-Earth mining has become a more and more popular topic for discussion at the national and international levels these days. It is predicted that such utilization could start in the nearest possible time and become a remunerable new type of economic area, aiming at inclusive growth and subsequent economic one. It establishes a safer and more secure working environment as it is stated in SDG 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth.” Also, it is very important to bear in mind that the space sector allows non-governmental sectors (business) to benefit from space. However, such utilization is required to be well regulated including ensuring its long-term sustainability. Thus, the aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze and compare national legislation and policy of States in the sphere of space resource utilization and single the commonalities out.
