About the editors
George M Jacobs, PhD, Educational Psychology, from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, has over 250 peer-reviewed publications. He is or has been on the board of both professional organizations and charities. He helped found the TESOLers for Social Responsibility interest group in International TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). He works with a wide variety of teachers, and he continues to teach English, including via distance learning methods. Currently, he has begun teaching seniors topics like 'Reading Aloud to Children with Dialogue', 'Helping Children Create Their Own Books with Dialogue', and 'Memoir Writing'.
