Abstract

The lack of objective product association model is an important factor affecting the accuracy of design change analysis. To solve this problem, a product association modeling method based on feature analysis was proposed. Firstly, the research is carried out at the level of product features, and the association subjects and attributes of structural association and dimensional association are analyzed and coded. Secondly, on this basis, the product association information model is established, and the association intensity indexes of structure and dimension are formulated respectively. The association intensity between the two parts is calculated quantitatively through the association index, and the weighted directed association network model of the product is established. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example of a rolling machine.
