Abstract

An optimization method of mechanical product change propagation path based on dimension parameter associated network model was proposed. Firstly, the research is carried out at the associated network of mechanical products, and the degree of parts and dimension parameters are analyzed. Secondly, on this basis, the propagation coefficient of dimension change is established, and take this as the influence factor to solve part association change probability and the strength of change propagation between parts. Which path is more likely to be changed can be determined by the strength of path change propagation. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example of a gear reducer.
