Abstract

Endoscopic ganglionectomy and bursectomy are effective surgical approaches to deal with various types of elbow cystic lesion. It has the advantage of minimally invasive surgery and may reduce the wound complication rates as compared to open surgery. Careful preoperative planning to determine the appropriate approach and proper portal placement is the key of success.
