Abstract
The evaluation of the power supply voltage qualification rate of the distribution network adopts classification, sampling, and weighting to calculate the regional voltage qualification rate. There are problems such as point-to-surface, local and time-period characteristics. Integrate multi-source data such as power distribution SCADA system, marketing system, and geographic information system. It proposes the hierarchical aggregation of households-substations-lines-stations to analyze the spatial characteristics of the distribution network voltage; based on high-frequency sampling information, it is proposed to calculate the voltage qualification rate of feeders and substations in different periods, and to identify the warning period and analyze the time characteristics of local voltage. It can also realize the fine characterization of the spatiotemporal characteristics of the power supply voltage qualification rate of the distribution network. Data calculations of a distribution network in Guangxi show that the proposed voltage temporal and spatial characteristics analysis method can accurately reflect the voltage details of the distribution network, sort the unqualified rates of feeders and substation power supply voltages, and identify intermittent low voltages.
