Abstract
The objective of this project is to irrigate the plant automatically using an Embedded System. By using pH and Moisture sensors, we can find whether the soil is wet or dry. If it is dry, water pumping will pump the water. In case of need of nutrients to the soil the pH sensor senses and sprinkles the fertilizer to the plant. Required in relatively large quantities are macronutrients like nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), Sulfur (S), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg). To irrigate the plant automatically to save power we use solar power for power supply. Water at the right time when the most water will be absorbed without evaporating. Water plants for shorter periods of time but more often. This way the soil can absorb all of the water. Adjust your watering system to seasonal conditions.
