Abstract
Under multi-MHz frequency conditions, the inductances are usually within tens or hundreds of nanohenries; thus, the air-core magnetic components without magnetic core can be adopted. These components can be divided into several different categories, such as solenoid ones and planar ones. This chapter focuses on air-core planar inductors and transformers on PCB with low profile.
