Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the effective way to improve the ability of science and Technology Governance from the perspective of enhancing internal drive. Based on the report data of 31 Listed Companies in the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry of Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2017, this study uses Pearson analysis method to quantify the effect of three-level internal driving factors in scientific and technological innovation activities. The results show that the overall factors, cost factors and organizational factors are the weak links of internal drive. Conclusion: in order to improve the ability of science and technology governance, we need to build innovative organizational model, optimize the structure of senior management team, and deal with three groups of relationships in innovation activities. Gradually form the internal power of scientific and technological innovation of enterprises.
