Abstract
This chapter mainly describes the application of navigation-assisted robot in internal fixation of fracture. There are many deficiencies in the traditional surgical treatment of pelvic acetabular fracture and femoral neck fracture. The appearance of robot solves these problems and provides a precise treatment scheme for the fracture. Taking TiRobot orthopedic surgery robot as an example, this chapter describes in detail the standardized operation procedure of the percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation for femoral neck fracture and pelvic acetabular fracture, including sacroiliac joint, acetabular column, and symphysis of the pubis. The practical results of clinical cases were given. The advantages of robot-assisted orthopedic surgery are summarized, and the shortcomings and future development of the robot are pointed out.
