Abstract

Nowadays, cantilever beams are used as a medium in the biomedical field to detect diseases. Basically, a cantilever beam is used to detect only one disease at a time. In this paper, a beam is designed to detect four diseases at a time. So, this device is called Quad Bio-MEMS disease detector (QBDD). The IntelliSuite software is used to find the simulation results for static analysis and for dynamic analysis, and MATLAB is used to find frequency response. This paper mainly deals with miniaturization of devices in microscale to be used in the medical field at low cost and better accuracy.
