Abstract

Considerations: a). Thread lifting and volumizing effects are considered simultaneously. b). Selecting fixing point is difficult. c). Pulling the fat layer above the nasolabial folds using bi-directional cogs. In such case, the zygomatic bone area can be enlarged due to the gathering function of the bi-directional cogs. Through diagnostic process, if zygomatic bone is expected to be widening after the procedure, other methods must be considered.
