Abstract
The current delivery cost is set at a fixed price by product volume in a specified region while in general delivery price is based on the weight, size, and distance. Therefore, in this case study, we have proposed a new price system, which is set by zone and distance, especially when considering the liter and kilometer unit price (ℓk@) as a yardstick value, to make a tentative research of this brand new method in the field. In order to evaluate this new price system, we first produced six ways to calculate the unit price system, and then one was selected. However, the possibility of a new price system is dependent on the final evaluation on the strategic judgement of the firm.
