Abstract

Business innovation is driven by information technology. Therefore, business systems are not separable from information technology. This article proposes a DBA (Digital Business Analysis) method, which is intended to create requirements for business system and information system in an integrated way. The DBA method is intended to collaborate both business and IT departments, and to align the digital business system with the management strategy.
