Abstract
Uncertainty exists in simulation modeling, simulation running and simulation evaluation. The HWIL simulation’s credibility has been affected by the complicated uncertainty factors existing in the HWIL simulation’s process. Based on uncertainty main factors analysis of HWIL simulation, the uncertainty analysis methods are put forward. Application is made of the uncertainty analysis methods. It is proved that the uncertainty methods is suited, and provides an effective way to improve the credibility of HWIL simulation.
