Abstract

A journey along the intricate paths of the WADC regime has led to exploration of a vast range of topics touching on the interplay of science and law, from the scope of the prohibition through the detection system and up to the requirements for imposing sanctions on Athletes. Many insights have been gained along the way, many questions asked and proposals made. Inspired by the simple yet striking quote by E.M. Forster, these concluding remarks are organised around the four following verbal propositions, presented as recommendations rather than imperatives: clarify, dialogue, refine and anticipate.
