Abstract
In the global knowledge economy, corporations will continuously face myriad obstacles and opportunities presented by an accelerated pace of continuous change, new technology applications, increased complexity, new stakeholders, changing competitive landscape, and increased competition from both current and new competitors. To succeed over the long term — to survive, thrive, compete successfully, deliver sustainable business performance results and maximize value creation — corporations will need to change, evolve and transform, continuously and quickly.
