Abstract
The increasing demand for computer-skilled “knowledge workers” that exists in all areas of the economy, is even more acute in the area of business administration. In addition, information technology in business administration concerns tasks and techniques which differ significantly from those in other areas. Managers and administrators need to learn specific computer-aided methods and tools that are useful in their profession.
