Abstract
It is particulary gratifying for me to be making the final speech in this official opening ceremony of the 10th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference, which was organized by the Commission of the European Communities and was wholeheartedly welcomed from the start by the Ministry of Industry and Energy.
