Abstract
A process in the leaching gold from sulfide ores with the oxidized products of the disproportionation of elemental sulfer and OH- ions in the presence of phase transfer catalysis based on the research of gold leaching with mixed solutions of thiosulfate and polysulflde was developed. Over 90% of the gold present was extracted in 2 hours from two concentrates tested under the conditions proposed.
