Abstract

Among the many factors considered as related to the pharmacological activity of a drug a particularly prominent role is attributed to its conformation. In recent years the conformations of pharmacological molecules have been the subject of extensive studies both experimental and theoretical. Among the last ones quantum-mechanical molecular orbital investigations are becoming prominent.
