Abstract
A highly sensitive and selective analytical method for Benz[a]pyrene (B[a]P) and Benzo[k]fluoranthene (B[k]F) in diesel exhaust particles was developed. A miniaturized detection system based on microchip was built up for measuring B[a]P and B[k]F by light emitting diode and laser diode with this method.
Microcolumn was fabricated by introducing silica gel beads into microchannel. Using this clean-up microchip, we obtained about 90% ofrecovery factor ofB[a]P and B[k]F. Furthermore, the method was evaluated by comparing with the HPLC/FLD, the results were in good agreement.
