Abstract
A novel µ-stamp was employed to deposit arrays of proteins such as mouse anti-p53 IgG or HuRP, an antigen found specifically in liver cancer patients, onto chemically derivatized glass slides. Uniformly distributed protein spots were detected by the specific binding of Cy5- or Cy3-conjugated IgGs.
