Abstract
Survival and population development of antagonistic strains of Trichoderma harzianum (T3) and Trichoderma virens (G2), were studied separately in pot experiments using a sphagnum peat mixture as growth substrate. The population density was measured by dilution plating on selective media. Activation and germination of T harzianum (T3) conidia were studied in the growth substrate using FDA-staining.
