Abstract

Formerly, in the conditions of a unitary state, and of a directivly centralized economy leading, the single pertaining to the national economy complex of the country, have been made in a policy of agreement in opinions, uniformity in economy, and monotony in life. Although there have been an intensive development of the regional science since the 60’s, unfortunately, has not born fruits yet and it has not become the real policy and economy.
