Abstract
This article considers leadership as a part of a management in our modern life and it considers importance to educate leaders and develop various leader properties. In the very beginning of the research the concept of leadership is presented. Later related literature is searched. As the capitalistic dynamics is changing fast, we can’t apply past century’s formulas of success. So for an efficient management old style controlling systems are not sufficient. There should be an influence for workers. So, organizations need leaders for this influence. Leaders are usually born leaders; however every person can develop certain leadership qualities.
