Elastic Eighth-Space. Elastic Quarter-Space

Abstract

In what follows we deal with the study of the elastic eighth-space subjected to the action of a normal or tangential load; the results thus obtained will then be particularized for the case of the elastic quarter-space. We remember that they have been used in Sect. 9.2 for the elastic half-space.
