Abstract
One general challenge is to determine how different facets of children’s well-being (in medicine, law, sciences, common beliefs, etc.) should be integrated in a balanced, comprehensive, and practical account of child well-being that can help guide decisions concerning children. Philosophy can contribute to this task by posing some relevant questions and analyzing several basic concepts.
