Abstract
The paper deals with main problems and drawbacks which Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service of the Republic of Moldova come across with during arrangement of counteraction to chemical and biological terrorism, and prospects of development of radiation-chemical and medical-biological protection units in the country with the use of up-to-date international and intrastate experience in this regard. Some examples of international military exercises on the topic of counteraction to terrorism, in which specialized subdivisions of the Republic of Moldova participated, are given.
