Samenvatting
De persoonlijkheid wordt doorgaans gedefinieerd als het profiel van die eigenschappen van de mens die duurzaam typerend voor hem zijn. Uit onderzoek weten we verder dat veel mensen gedurende hun volwassen leven weinig tot geen verandering in hun persoonlijkheid constateren (McCrae & Costa, 1990).
