Abstract
Post annealing effectsare studied on fairly large size crystal of Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox grown by floating zone method. Measurements of electric resistivity and diamagnetic magnetization were carried out. Superconducting volume fraction increased drastically after a heat treatment in oxygen flow.
