Abstract
The significance of sea city construction is not only the creation of a new space, but also lies in solving urban problems with its greatly affecting cities on the continent. We can expect sea city development to be effective especially for the cities whose centers neighbor the sea. This research was designed to propose construction of the sea city and then to predict its effect on the cities of the continent through simulation analysis.
