Klinisch imponieren rubinfarbene Papeln unterschiedlicher Größe, die in der Regel multipel auftreten und sich bevorzugt am Stamm manifestieren. Die Farbtöne reichen von hellrötlich bis dunkel-blau (Abb. 26.1 und 26.2). Dermatoskopisch zeigen sich typische rötliche bzw. blaurötliche Gefäßkonvolute (Abb. 26.3).
