Abstract

The spectroscopy of multiquark hadron states is shown to be a very suitable area for testing colour dynamics recent work on which is reviewed with particular emphasis on the simplest examples (QQ)\( (\bar{Q}\bar{Q}) \) or diquoniums which have considerable overlap with experiments.

Lectures given at the XVIII. Internationale Universitätswochen für Kernphysik,Schladming,Austria,February 28–March 10,1979.
