Gilles-de-la-Tourette Syndrom: Psychopathologische Differenzierung zu Zwangsstörungen und EEG-Mapping-Befunde

Zusammenfassung

Kennzeichen des Gilles-de-la-Tourette Syndroms (GTS) sind motorische Tics und Vokaltics, die während der Kindheit beginnen (Müller et al. 1988). Für kurze Zeit können die Tics willkürlich unterdrückt werden. Normalerweise verläuft die Erkrankung mit Exazerbationen und Remissionen, es werden aber auch chronische Verläufe beobachtet. Im Folgenden sind eine Vergleichsuntersuchung der Zwangssymptome bei GTS und Zwangsstörung, sowie EEG-Mapping Untersuchungen dargestellt.
