Zusammenfassung

Zur Bewältigung der hohen und weiterhin steigenden Arbeitsanforderungen in der stationären Altenpflege ist es von großer Bedeutung, die psychische Widerstandsfähigkeit (Resilienz) über eine Förderung und den Erhalt von (körperlichen, psychischen und sozialen) Ressourcen der Beschäftigten zu stärken. In der Gesundheitsförderung sollte eine Stärkung von Ressourcen auf der individuellen Ebene, aber auch auf Team- und auf Organisationsebene angestrebt werden. Nach einer Erläuterung der Begrifflichkeiten und gängiger Gesundheitsmodelle wird die aktuelle Studienlage zu Ressourcen im Gesundheitssektor dargelegt und diskutiert. Somit soll dieses Kapitel die Studienlage einordnen und konkrete Ressourcen aufzeigen, die als Ansatzpunkte für zukünftige Maßnahmen in der Gesundheitsförderung dienen können.
