Zusammenfassung
In medizinischen Kontexten ist interprofessionelles Arbeiten unabdingbar, um eine optimale Patient:innenversorgung sicherzustellen. Damit dies gelingt, müssen in der Gesundheitsversorgung Tätige über umfangreiche Kommunikations- und Kollaborationskompetenzen verfügen, die im Rahmen der Aus- und Weiterbildung aufgebaut werden müssen. Computertechnologien bieten sowohl für deren Aufbau als auch für die Unterstützung interprofessioneller Lern- und Arbeitsprozesse große Potenziale. Der Beitrag beschreibt zentrale Erkenntnisse der empirischen Forschung zum computerunterstützten kollaborativen Lernen und überträgt diese auf den Kontext des interprofessionellen Lernens und Arbeitens in der Gesundheitsversorgung. Nach einer Darstellung der theoretischen Grundlagen und relevanter empirischer Befunde wird beschrieben, wie Lernumgebungen in der interprofessionellen Gesundheitsversorgung gestaltet werden sollten, um bei den Nutzer:innen einen möglichst großen Lernerfolg im Sinne eines Erwerbs von Kommunikations- und Kollaborationskompetenzen zu erzielen.
