Zusammenfassung
Entitäten sind homogene Untergruppen des DFS, die anhand der Lokalisation bestimmt werden. Die Lokalisation ist kein Zufallsprodukt, sondern das Ergebnis der Summe der Ursachen und weist damit auf diese Ursachen und auf die Behandlungsmöglichkeiten hin. Hier werden die Methodik und grundsätzliche Phänomene beschrieben wie beispielsweise die Verteilung der Rezidivwahrscheinlichkeit oder die Probleme an der Großzehe im Überblick.
