Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag definiert den Begriff der organisationalen Gesundheitskompetenz. Daran anschließend werden die Möglichkeiten der Messung der organisationalen Gesundheitskompetenz dargestellt. Die Bedeutung der organisationalen Gesundheitskompetenz im Krankenhaussektor wird hergeleitet. Abschließend wird der Stand der empirischen Forschung zur organisationalen Gesundheitskompetenz im Krankenhaus skizziert und Implikationen für Forschung und Praxis abgeleitet.
