Zusammenfassung
Nach einer erfolgreichen Therapie ist das nächste Ziel, deine Abstinenz wie ein neugeborenes Baby vor Gefahren zu hüten und zu beschützen. Gerade in der Anfangszeit werden deine Gedanken ständig um Drogen kreisen und ein starkes Verlangen auslösen, aber dein Verstand muss hier immer einen Schritt voraus sein. Nur so kannst du der leisen Stimme im Kopf die Stirn bieten, die dir immer wieder zuflüstert: „Soll ich oder soll ich nicht? Bei einem Mal passiert schon nichts!“ Gerade in schwachen Momenten, wenn du dich überwältigt, müde, gestresst, traurig, von Schmerzen geplagt oder hoffnungslos fühlst, wird der Drang am größten sein, sich die nötige Erleichterung durch Substanzen zu verschaffen.
