Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird aufgezeigt, dass Bewegungsförderung und die Umsetzung der Sofort- und Frühmobilisation zur schnelleren Rekonvaleszenz des Patienten beiträgt und Komplikationen verhindert. Eine Zielformulierung, die sich an alle Akteure im therapeutischen Team wendet, und ein Mobilisationskonzept, das Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung des Patienten erläutert, sind notwendig, um Mobilisation im Stationsalltag mit höchster Priorität durchzuführen. Widerstände seitens der Patienten und Pflegenden werden dargelegt und einfache und schnell in die Pflegetätigkeit zu integrierende Maßnahmen und Hilfsmittel aufgezeigt. Der Beitrag von Pflegenden für eine gelingende Mobilisation wird beleuchtet.
