Zusammenfassung

Die häufigsten Symptome des Zervixkarzinoms sind Kontaktblutungen und irreguläre Blutungen. Die wesentliche Grundlage der prätherapeutischen Stadieneinteilung (FIGO-Klassifikation) sind die vaginale und rektale Tastuntersuchung sowie die genaue Festlegung der lokoregionären Tumorgrenzen. Eine Therapientscheidung erfolgt nach vollständiger Basisdiagnostik und nach Vorliegen des histologisch gesicherten Tumorstadiums.

Übersicht der Therapiestrategien:

  • Präkanzerosen: kolposkopisch-zytologische Kontrolle CIN I + CIN II, operative Therapie CIN III

  • Zervixkarzinom: operative Therapieverfahren, Radio(Chemo)Therapie, systemische Therapie

Die Nachsorge erfolgt symptomorientiert. Wichtig ist die Erkennung eines Lokalrezidives, da hier ein kurativer Therapieansatz bestehen kann.
