Structural, thermal and mechanical properties of Ag-Al-Cu-La alloys

Abstract

This chapter provides structural, thermal and mechanical properties of Ag-Al-Cu-La alloys containing different ratios of the element. X-ray diffraction profile, DSC curve, DTA curve, glass transition temperature, reduced glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, liquidus temperature, GFA parameter, compressive elastic strain, compressive plastic strain, critical diameter, Young's elastic modulus and compressive fracture strength are notable among the properties reported here.
