Zusammenfassung
Der Wunsch nach Ästhetik im koloprokto-gynäkologischen Bereich erfordert das klassische Knowhow eines Koloproktologen/Viszeralchirurgen wie auch Gynäkologen, gelegentlich auch Urologen. Seien es einfache anhängende Polypen, virus-induzierte Kondylome oder Prolapserscheinungen jeder Art, sie alle fallen in den Fachbereich Beckenbodenchirurgie ebenso Folgezustände nach traumatischen Geburten, wie verzerrende Narben im Dammbereich. Hinter diesen äußerlich ästhetischen Aspekten stehen aber auch funktionelle Aspekte. Und dies macht den operativen Eingriff zu einer Herausforderung. Allein die oberflächlich ästhetisch korrigierende Maßnahme kann die assoziierte Funktionsstörung nicht restaurieren. So muss zum Beispiel im Falle eines klaffenden Anus nach Dammriss 4. Grades vor allem die Schließmuskelfunktion diagnostiziert und wiederhergestellt werden.
In diesem Sinne möchten wir einige häufige und relevante Krankheitsbilder aus dem koloprokto-gynäkologischen Bereich präsentieren und die Aufmerksamkeit auf eine fundierte präoperative Organ- und Funktionsdiagnostik lenken. Auf dieser Basis kann dann das plastische Procedere multidisziplinär festgelegt werden.
