Zusammenfassung
Antiemetika und Antivertiginosa werden zur Behandlung von Erbrechen und Schwindel eingesetzt. Der weitaus größte Teil der Verordnungen entfällt auf Betahistin für Patienten mit Morbus Menière. Schwerpunkt der H1-Antihistaminika sind Prophylaxe und symptomatische Therapie von Übelkeit und Erbrechen. Während die Verordnungen von Betahistin, Scopolamin, 5-HT3-Antagonisten und Dopaminrezeptorantagonisten weiter zugenommen haben, blieben H1-Antihistaminika gleich.
