Psychologie in der medizinischen Rehabilitation

Zusammenfassung

In der medizinischen Rehabilitation arbeiten verschiedene Berufsgruppen zusammen, um die Wiederherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der Patienten zu gewährleisten. Erst der interprofessionelle Austausch im Rehabilitationsteam ermöglicht ein ganzheitliches Verständnis des Rehabilitanden. Die zentrale Plattform für den Austausch der Berufsgruppen stellt die berufsgruppenübergreifende Teambesprechung dar. Die Rehabilitationsteams lassen sich in multi-, inter- und transprofessionelle Teammodelle klassifizieren. Diese unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität der Zusammenarbeit und ihrer Effektivität. Zur Verbesserung der Teamarbeit können organisationsinterne und -externe Teaminterventionen eingesetzt werden.
