Zusammenfassung

Hauttumoren mit Talgdrüsen- und Haarfollikeldifferenzierung sind gekennzeichnet durch ihre Komplexität und eine verwirrende Nomenklatur. Viele dieser Läsionen weisen eine ausgeprägte Variabilität ihres histologischen Erscheinungsbildes auf. Die Histogenese kutaner Adnextumoren ist bei Weitem nicht vollkommen verstanden. Bei manchen Tumoren gewinnt man den Eindruck, dass sie sich von bestehenden Adnexstrukturen ableiten. Eine alternative, ebenfalls gültige Sichtweise geht jedoch davon aus, dass sich Hautanhangstumoren eher in Richtung einer oder mehrerer kutaner Adnexstrukturen differenzieren als von ihnen per se direkt abzustammen. Bei der Differenzierung mancher Tumoren scheint die embryologische Entwicklung der korrespondierenden ursprünglichen Adnexstrukturen erneut durchlaufen zu werden.
