Zusammenfassung

Die Persönlichkeit unterliegt im Erwachsenenalter diversen Veränderungen. Diese Veränderungen werden unter anderem durch Veränderungen der sozialen Umwelt ausgelöst, die von den Personen zum Teil selbst aktiv initiiert werden können. Im vorliegenden Kapitel gehen wir darauf ein, wie Coaching ähnliche Trainings diese Veränderungssensibilität nutzen können, um gewünschte Entwicklungsprozesse in der Persönlichkeit anzustoßen.
