Zusammenfassung
Recherchiert werden konnten 61 Studien, die aufgrund des aktuellenHandlungsmilieus der Coaching-Partner dem Business-Coaching zugeordnet wurden. Nach Zielgruppen und Themen differenziert können die Studien auf drei Subanwendungsfelder verteilt werden: Leadership-Coaching, dessen Zielgruppe Führungskräfte sind, Workplace-Coaching, das bei Mitarbeitern ohne Führungsposition eingesetzt wird und Managerial-Coaching, bei dem die Entwicklung derCoaching-Kompetenz von Führungskräften zentral ist. Dabei stellen die Studien zum Leadership-Coaching mehr als die Hälfte aller Untersuchungen dar (32 Studien), gefolgt von Managerial- (21 Studien) und Workplace-Coaching (8 Studien). Eine Analyse der Studien hinsichtlich der Coaching-Teilnehmer, der Coaching-Themen, der konkretenVorgehensweisen sowie der Ergebnisse der Studien und ihrer Forschungsdesigns liefert wertvolle Hinweise sowohl für die Anwendung des Coachings im jeweiligen Subanwendungsfeld als auch für die Coaching-Forschung.
