Zusammenfassung

Seit einigen Jahren weiß man, daß die Möglichkeit, einen statistischen Individualdatenbestand per Dialog auszuwerten, Wege eröffnet, um Informationen über Einzelpersonen aus einer statistischen Datenbank herauszuholen (6). Die Grenze zwischen im engeren Sinn personenbezogenen Daten und statistischen Individualdaten — also anonym, aber nach Einzelpersonen gespeicherten Daten — ist verschwommen geworden.
